Cancellation Policy for accommodation and transportation:

Any Cancellation on arrival or during full confirmed booking

  • Full payment (100%) payment will be forfeited in the case of no show, no cancellation for a
    confirmed booking, unless there are extenuating circumstances. The Yes Please Group will
    consider the following to be compelling/extenuating circumstances, under which cancellation
    may be accepted, purely on compassionate basis, at no charge, provided that proof is furnished:
    Life threatening and unforeseen illness/ sickness of client(s) or their immediate family member(s)
    Death of client(s) or their immediate family member(s). Cancellation must be in writing. The
    effective date is the date of dispatch.
  • Full payment (100%) payment will be forfeited in the case of no show, no cancellation for a
    confirmed booking.
  • Seventy five percent (75%) payment will be forfeited Cancellation 48 hours – 24 hours before
    arrival for confirmed booking
  • Fifty percent (50%) payment will be forfeited Cancellation less than 7 days – 48 hours before
    arrival for confirmed booking
  • Twenty five percent (25%) payment will be forfeited Cancellation 0 – 7 days before arrival for
    confirmed booking
