A few days before the events begin; we put the following into place when delegates / guests arrive:

• Meet and greet services at the airport.

• Help desks at the airport, hotels and conference / event venue. • Managing vehicle intervals before and during the event.

• Keeping staff and drivers up to date of any developments and changes throughout the event.

• Regular inspection of coaches and vehicles.

All the services we provide are of a high professional standard. We have mastered the meet and greet service as it is usually what gives the guest/ delegate a warm exciting welcome. Our excellent services goes to a point where we play a role in assisting the guest/ delegate to be comfortable, secure and not to concern themselves about finding their hotel, event venue and parking. We also offer advice on local security conditions. On the departure dates of the event we provide guests/ delegates with transport schedules ensuring that they are always on time for their flights, etc.
